National Juried Print Exhibition, “The Human Experience”, Due: Nov. 22, 2011

October 18, 2011

Pacific Lutheran University 2012 National Juried Print Exhibition, “The Human Experience”. Deadline for entries: November 22, 2011.

“The Human Experience” is open to all artists working with hand-pulled printmaking processes. Art has the ability to make us aware of topics and ideas that run the full spectrum of the human mind, but there is one thing that seems to be a common element as we express ideas, that of the human experience. Whatever our experience in culture, politics, or life in general, we all share the experience of being human. This show celebrates our uniqueness and our differences through the common trait of being human.

Juror: Janet Marcavage associate professor of art, University of Puget Sound. Janet’s work has been represented widely both nationally and internationally with her latest exhibition in Wuhan China.
